Who runs XtudioLabs

XtudioLabs is operated by Carlos Rymer, founder and full-time owner-operator. Carlos brings 15+ years of engineering and product leadership experience, most recently as a Senior Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, where he leads a 35-person Marketing Technology organization building AI-driven applications at enterprise scale. XtudioLabs is the operational side of that experience applied to validating and launching niche digital businesses on a single-operator budget.

How XtudioLabs operates

The XtudioLabs model is built around one operational discipline: validate demand cheaply with real customers before committing engineering resources. For every candidate idea, we publish a real landing page, drive qualified traffic to it using paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads, measure conversion against pre-set thresholds for 7 days, and only invest in a full product build when the data clears the bar.

This methodology depends on a small set of automated workflows that we built ourselves: keyword reach feasibility, validation-campaign launch and monitoring, kill-rule enforcement, and unified per-idea performance reporting. Those workflows are powered by direct integrations with the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API; we are a first-party advertiser on both platforms, managing only our own ad accounts. We do not provide advertising tools to third parties.
