We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of our website.
XtudioLabs uses Google Ads to drive qualified traffic to our own validation landing pages as part of our internal demand-testing process. We are a first-party advertiser: we manage advertising only on Google Ads accounts that we own and operate directly. We do not manage advertising on behalf of any third party, we do not provide an advertising tool, dashboard, or service to other advertisers, and we do not resell or share our Google Ads API developer token with any third party.
Our use of the Google Ads API is limited to operating our own portfolio of validation campaigns and is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, which we comply with in full, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not access, retrieve, or process any Google Ads API user data that does not relate to advertising on our own ad accounts.
When you visit a XtudioLabs landing page, we may load Google Analytics and a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad-campaign performance in aggregate. These measurement tools may collect device, browser, and approximate-location information about your visit. They do not collect personally identifying information unless you submit it through a form on the page. See the Google Privacy & Terms and Meta's Privacy Policy for details on how these third-party services handle data.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
